It’s not a 5 star hotel at all. The food and drink was mediocre, nothing special. We had a good time overall but I would
The best bit was the pool, as it was large enough for everyone and the staff were great. Very friendly. Although sometimes a hit and miss in the World Cafe. The entertainment around the pool was ok.
The toilets by the pool were filthy and not 5 star like. The food was ok but the same at the Barefoot Grill Cafe. There was nowhere the kids could get ice cream unless they went into World Cafe and they had to be dry. It was impossible to get sun loungers by the pool unless you woke up before 6 to get one with shade. I thought the gym equipment was going to break. Not enough fitness classes for those that want to exercise. House keeping was slow. We asked for bath towels every day as there was 4 of us and they only ever put 3. We told them at the beginning of the holiday. One time we didn’t even get a towel and I had to use my husband’s.

Amazing!! For the price was a very good option and for sure we would come back!! Lovely hotel!!
The staff was great!! Everyone of them is very kind and helpful. We loved the food!! And Coco Cafe is delicious!! The rooms were very comfy and cozy.
Maybe the TV in the room. Didn’t like the channels offered. Most of them were news channels. Wanted to watch something different like a movie. Oh also they are not smart TVs so couldn’t connect to any streaming
